Each business is different and Infodrive offer a pay as you go IT support scheme. This may be more beneficial to businesses who have a technical employee on site who require IT support when a challenging task occurs.

It is a known fact that 95% of IT problems can be resolved remotely. At Infodrive we offer our customer remote support where they can get peace of mind having us end of the phone to solve IT issues without having to pay call out charges.
